|Recommended: YesFantastic property — I love how everything is updated. Beautiful Kitchen, Bathroom, Floors, and great room. Only downfall is I can hear my neighbors TV or dog once in a while. Nothing to complain about and that type of noise will come with every apartment. Overall, I love it here.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Property in a Beautiful Setting — We have lived in the Homeroom Lofts property for a month now. The experience has been amazing so far. They're very quick to get back to you and the fact that everything is online makes things so much easier. The maintenance people and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Averill Park is a truly beautiful area and there's a great area to walk our dog right on the property. So glad we decided to move here
