|Recommended: YesLooove this place — These apartments are fantastic First of all, to have a 3 story apartment, in a complex not a shared house, in Albany is wonderful Not only do you get a first floor kitchen and living areas and second floor bathroom and bedrooms you get a full private basement with laundry hookups. The second we visited this property we were sold as to where we wanted to live. Now that we are living here we couldn't be happier. From the property manager Lisa, the office staff and the maintenance workers, everyone is wonderful. Every request we've had they not only met but exceeded in a timely fashion. It's not every day you find an apartment community that actually cares about its residents and not just their money. As far as noise levels from other apartments, you can hear your neighbors at times but its not overly loud or bothersome and I've grown used to it.
My only suggestion to the complex would be to paint parking lines in the lots as tenants don't park properly all the time, causing a 6 car lot to become a 4 car lot. Luckily this hasn't been a major issue and usually there are plenty parking spots available.
